HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It was in 1991 that Francine was originally introduced to the 12 Steps by her first Life Coach. In working the steps to the best of her ability, she experienced a dramatic recovery from her dysfunctional and addictive behaviors. Consequently, she experienced a spiritual awakening that led her to want to carry the message to others still suffering in order to help them rid themselves of unwanted dysfunctional behaviors and addictions, and to provide them with the steps and skills that would enable them to achieve the life of their dreams.
Although Francine initially applied her B.S. degree in Business Administration to working full-time as a marketing strategist and Public Relations (PR) professional in the high tech and healthcare industries, it was in 1993 that she began working with her own clients, on a part-time basis, developing and evolving the curriculum that she employs today in her full-time position as a Certified Life Coach and Spiritual Advisor.
Centered around her personal work with more than 300 clients, Francine’s curriculum is based on the following beliefs.

WHAT SHE BELIEVES:
- Within each of us is the power to heal anything and everything that could ever cause us pain, shame, anger or suffering of any kind.
- Regardless of our self-destructive past or any abuse(s) that we had to endure, we can be made whole again and live bright and boundless lives.
- No matter where we came from, or where we have unconsciously been headed, we can learn to consciously create healthy relationships, fulfilling employment and a life well worth living.
- That doing life without sufficient support, inspiration and guidance is like walking a tightrope without a net – it is far harder and far more treacherous than it needs to be.
- That while “change” of any kind can be scary and overwhelming when attempted alone, when undertaken with another – someone able to generously share their experience, strength and hope (one-step at a time, one day at a time) – “change” can take place for the better and result in welcome growth, healing and happiness.
- Within each of us lives our Authentic Self – the precious, gifted and insightful individual we were uniquely created to be – but it takes honesty, open mindedness and willingness to awaken that wondrous being.
- Faith in some kind of Higher Power is an innate part of our make-up. To find that Higher Power we must earnestly seek within.
- In opening our hearts to a Higher Power of our own understanding, we open ourselves to daily miracles and conscious creation: the art (and science) of creating a life of our own choosing.
- Working The 12 steps to Awaken Your Authentic Self is a design for living that leads to a life of happiness, joy and freedom from the bondage of self (i.e. self-centered fear).
- Gratitude is the greatest single driver of success and fulfillment in life, and the very best way to silence the ego (that is always seeking to Edge God Out).
- Humility is quintessential for self-knowledge, growth and improvement. By remaining humble, you are receptive to the abundance of opportunities to improve.
- The experience of being “awakened spiritually” arouses your connection to a Higher Power and an inner knowing of what best serves you, thereby leading you to the life of your dreams.
